I’m afraid I still Turbo fan 60,75,or 90 minutes Tues and Thurs its just still a little to dark for me after work. Saturday am on Endurance training normally 30 miles, and Sunday is my worst day of the week 50+ mile (time in the saddle) long continuous ride between 2 – 6 hours. Its not the cycling I really enjoy it, it’s the discipline, keeping my heart rate low, when the granny on her bike with her basket full of shopping passes me it hurts lol, and if other cyclists pass me I want to shout and tell them “I’M ON MY SLOW EASY RIDE TODAY” it is so hard…..
