thanx for the advise i was latley enterd in to a junior championship in southport uk an was to slow losing seconds in the corners but now since the advice i have been geting a few places hiher in the corner now i came first with a tim eof 54 secs on a track were the trainers where getinf 1.13 sec and now i am building to be on the velerdrome

Thanks for the tips. I think I descend ok at the moment but there is always room for improvement. Next time I am flying down a mountain I will try these out. Particularly the knee into the top tube – I haven’t heard that one before.
