Would you recommend fixed or geared and can you recommend any frames/wheels etc.? Any specific recommendation for Long Hill in Buxton?

Cheers

Andy

After a hard training day, usually I get a really miserable “dryness” feeling on my face and eyes, along with being very tired. Winter or Summer.

I thought it could be dehydration and started taking more water and salt capsules, to no apparent avail. Anyway, it takes maybe 8 hours or to get better.

Hard swimming is the same, so I take it not to be irritation of the skin, but rather some result of effort.

Did you ever have this, or do you have any suggestion?

Congrats for efforts on keeping up so many nice things like this blog around the web.
