I often try to eat to maintain balanced energy levels throughout the day, but am not that informed with GI index and the like. If I want to eat well I try to stick to wholegrain stuff and getting enough fruit. Cycling home from work can be a real drag if you’re tired from a day’s work and from poor energy levels. Suprising to see that potatoes have a high GI index.
