		<description>Thanks J.F. I agree the most important thing is the training, but, it&#039;s a great feeling to get on your time trial bike with all the gear - and you can go 2-3 mph faster than your training bike!</description>

		<description>Good article and I like the fact that you put the emphasis on training as opposed to gear like so many others do. But I must say the once I got myself into shape the one thing that helped me put up beter times was a aero helmet. Believe it or not it helps keep my head in a good position and when my head is well positioned the rest of my body falls into place.</description>
