Zipp 1080 Wheels

The Zipp 1080 wheelset, offers a very deep section rim set, offering the best aerodynamic performance. The manufacturers, Zipp, claim that the Zipp 1080 wheelset offers a 29 second advantage over tri spoked wheels in a 25 mile time trial.

Zipp 1080 Front Wheel

The zipp 1080 front wheel weighs 774 grams and comes in either clincher or tubular form. The maximum rim depth is 27.5mm. The depth of the rim is 10cm.
Note on windy days, a front wheel with this deep section may prove problematic to control.

Zipp 1080 Rear Wheel

The Zipp 1080 rear wheel weighs 884 grams and has same depth of rim as front wheel
