This is a vintage Raleigh bike frame put together by Indian Bike company Hero.
Apparantely Hero bicycles in India entered the Guinness World Records in 1986 for being the most prolific producer of bicycles in the world. The Hero website say they produce one bike every nine second.

The Hero saddle looks to have lots of suspension.

Brakes are steel commands (no wires)
Nice kickstand makes this bike very heavy, but you can park it anywhere.
Am interested in the collaboration between Hero cycles and Raleigh frame.
