Riding Through a Storm

I’m currently in New York (hence decline in posts). We are currently experiencing the tailend of Hurricane Irene. Quite a few trees have been blown down, most shops are closed down, but it is worse nearer the coast. No cycling today or yesterday. Next weekend is British Time trial championships.

They say the English love to talk about the weather, but in NY, the weather always seems more volatile. And only last year, I was stuck in NY from volcano in Iceland

    Do you have the opportunity to keep fit in other ways, apart from cycling?
