In Search of Speed

The reason I changed the theme of this blog is that I was trying to get a quicker loading time. This wordpress theme is called ‘swift’ and supposed to be quick to load. Personally, I dislike waiting for sites to load so try to make my sites as quick as I can. For some reason cyclinginfo.co.uk/blog isn’t as quick as I would like.

I think the reason I took up cycling rather than running is that I love the speed of cycling.

Whenever I see someone out jogging I think “now there’s someone in need of a bike …”

I know this post is about computer speed etc but I can’t help but pick up on your reference to loving the speed of cycling. Cycling and running – I enjoy both but for different reasons. Both brilliant sports or past-times that are healthy things to do.

But there’s nothing quite the same as zooming down a hill at 40mph!

Now there’s a question – how fast have you been? Have you managed to trip any speed cameras?

Tejvan, give Cloudflare a go (www.cloudflare.com) it is a free CDN service. Works pretty well for my site. Speeds things up for all users, wherever they are in the world.
