It all depends on the beholder. You can look at any situation, and come to so many different conclusions. I found this first picture on flickr, which got me thinking, then I looked at several other photos, and saw how differently people will judge them. What do you make of these photos?

I love how the picture with no cars on the road is obviously taken in a country on the continent. Most likley France as that could never happen in England!
A few car free shots are from oxford. Though the pics are a little deceptive – it’s not always so quiet.
