My Book on ‘Self-Improvement’

A year ago, I wrote and published a book “Happiness Will Follow You” It is a collection of articles on meditation and ‘self-improvement’

I guess I could have included an article on ‘How to cycle on British roads and without getting mad at inconsiderate motorists‘ But, essentially it has nothing to do with cycling. Anyway, if you can stomach the kind of book which tells you how to eat garlic bread for breakfast with a smile on your face, you might possibly like this.

Don´t take Tejvan´s modest comment about his book too seriously! :D

The book is practical. It inspired me to both overcome my flaws and try to discover good qualities. Actually, come to think of it, the book has taught me much more real and meaningful things than other books I have sitting on my shelf, like “interval training for people who do not like to suffer”, “how to easily spin a 53×11 gear” or “pain-free climbing over 25% gradient”.

I have a hardcover, and it is a piece of work.
