I love this video from the world championships. I keep looking at it trying to work out how it’s done.

I also love the way the French bike mechanic laughs afterwards saying ‘ I really don’t know how that happened’!

    It’s amazing – very impressive indeed!

    I agree with Trickylist that the cyclist was already on foot but you can see he passes the ‘old’ bike to the chap in blue and leaps on to the ‘new’ bike the chap in white was holding.

    The rider who took the bike was on foot before mounting and riding off. He must have dumped his first bike out of shot to the left.
