I believe the Obree book is now on sale. It will set you back £30, which is really quite expensive for its length. However, if you are a keen time-triallist or racer, I would say it is still worth it. It is a shame that it’s £30, as I think it would be of great interest to even the average club rider, but £30 will put quite a few off . Anyway, I still recommend buying it. Cyclists think nothing of spending £1,000 on some light-weight carbon fibre – so maybe we shouldn’t begrudge a meagrely £30 for a lifetime’s wisdom Like many things, it depends which way you look at it. If you follow advice in the book, you will probably make more gains than spending £1,000 on equipment
Why not suggest the book as aChristmas present? it’s bound to be better for you than another box of chocolate, some socks or a plastic mini-golf set. To buy it, I would go to Obree.com and use the contact form. But, it’s not so clear where to buy it. It’s a shame it doesn’t seem to be available from standard retailers. But, Graeme Obree will be doing book signings in England in January.

That should of course have read “Graeme’s”!

The book is available on Graemes’ website, http://obree.com/store.php.

Thanks for the update I was really keen on getting this but £33.71 is overpriced when most books like this are around half that and available from more sources.
Disappointing….
