    Pedestrians are allowed to cross the road. If a pedestrian was to dig a hole and stand in the road, it would pose a substantial health and safety risk to all road users.

    Some funny pics here. The pic of the guy at the top reminds me of my pet dog this weekend when it walked past a tree!
    Nice reading, its strange to look at everyday pics and actually think about other peoples lives (something not many people do)
