At Leeds station, the cycle parking has been converted into a Cycle Point. A small manned shop with ample space for parking bikes. It sells a few items for commuters and takes in bikes for repair. It is managed by Evans Cycles who will be opening a shop down the road.
Hopefully, will attract more to cycle to train station and provide more secure parking. Makes a good feature as you leave the station. It is quite prominent and helps to raise profile of cycling in a city that is trying. (Could do with a cycle point in Bradford, which is comparatively a desert for cycling) The cycle point also has lots of information about local cycle routes.
Usually at cycle racks there is a shortage of places.
Cycling goes multi-storied parking. Well there is a second, upper level, and as you can see plenty of spare capacity.

How much does it cost to park the bike there? I saw similar bike storage in Coex Mall in Seoul, but it’s only a parking place, nothing else.
(BTW, not many people bike there though)
